4-3-3:Leasing Strategy (my DIY and Security Systems)
In May 2012, Leopalace21 has started “my DIY” as a value-added service strategy for acquiring individual tenants. Acquired 48,099 contracts as of March 31, 2020, and we will continue to promote the image of “Leopalace21: flexible for customizing.” Since 2012, through alliances with major security companies, Leopalace21 has been installing security systems and cameras. Awarded the “Excellent Security Rental Apartment” certification since June 2017.
