We offer courtesy plans at our hotels as a special benefit program for shareholders: Twice yearly, on March 31 (end of the fiscal year) and September 30 (interim period) parties listed in the shareholder registry and registry of beneficial shareholders at that time are confirmed and the hotel packages offered.
Courtesy Plan
- Shareholders possessing over 1,000 shares are each awarded a booklet: 2 courtesy coupons for a free night's stay at the Leopalace Resort Hotel and 8 coupons for a 50% discount on a nights' stay at Leopalace hotels within Japan. Total: 10 coupons.
- Shareholders possessing between 100 and 999 shares are each awarded a booklet: 2 courtesy coupons for a free night's stay at the Leopalace Resort Hotel and 2 coupons for a 50% discount on a nights' stay at Leopalace hotels within Japan. Total: 4 coupons.

Delivery
The booklets will be mailed at the same time as documents concerning votes taken at the annual shareholders' meeting, annual reports, and interim reports.
Usage
Courtesy coupons may be used at the Leopalace Resort Guam for free lodgings (airfare not included); 50% discount coupons for Leopalace hotels in Japan may be used by itself or in combination with cash payment. The courtesy coupon is valid for 1 room and 1 night. Note that there are limitations on dates of use during high season periods.
