We are now reviewing our Medium-Term Management Plan and will announce a new one after we assesses the results for the fiscal year ending March 2012.

During the year ended March 2011, we have undertaken to achieve an early turnaround of the Leasing business with the "Shift to a stable earnings structure with earnings balanced between the Apartment Construction Subcontracting Business and the Leasing Business" as the basic policy. The specific measures undertaken and future issues for consideration are as follows:
