Strategy of International Business

We will aim for 20 overseas offices by the fiscal year ending March 2017

We have expanded the International Business, triggered by the establishment of local subsidiaries in Thailand and Vietnam. In addition to introducing apartments to foreign students and workers coming to Japan, we support Japanese companies who are looking to expand overseas through our World Business Support services, provide brokerage and introduction services for overseas properties, operate serviced apartments and offices, as well as utilize international personnel.

As of July 1, 2016, we operate in 16 locations in the ASEAN region, and will expand to 20 locations by the fiscal year ending March 2017.

50% of profit will be appropriated to real estate investments

We develop and operate serviced apartments and offices, meeting the needs of the increasing number of Japanese companies expanding into the ASEAN region. Backed by our experience of real estate management in Japan, we will continue to offer convenient residences and office spaces overseas.

From now on, we will appropriate 50% of our profit to real estate investments such as serviced apartments and offices.
