To give individual investors a more in-depth understanding of Leopalace21, we have set out the following five steps. They outline details including our results, focusing particularly on our three-year Medium-term Management Plan, and the benefits of investing in our company.
This section outlines changes in the leased housing market and the evolution of Leopalace21, from 1973, when we first started specializing in real estate agency services with the establishment of Miyama Inc., all the way through to the present day.
We have a portfolio of over 550,000 homes, particularly in large cities where there are high percentages of renting households, and around a 6.5% share of a market that is expected to keep on growing in the future. We also maintain a high share of communal space in leased housing of 30m2 or under. As a company, you could say that we are "one of the biggest landlords in Japan."
Our leasing business remains our biggest strength here at Leopalace21. Our basic strategy however is to establish a stable revenue structure that strikes a balance between our leasing and construction operations. As a result, we have continued to build robust management foundations.
We have picked ourselves up following the economic crisis, and have established upward momentum in terms of both sales and profit. This section outlines our quarterly results in a simple terms.
We pay out dividends in line with our results, and give benefits to all those registered as shareholders or substantial shareholders (as of the date of allotment) twice a year.
