Enriching IR activities
As a listed company, Leopalace 21 commits to active IR activities aiming at delivery of timely and easily comprehensible information to our shareholders and investors. We engage in omni-directional IR activities addressed to our shareholders and individual investors through our reports which are regularly issued twice a year and corporate presentations held occasionally for individual investors, to institutional investors through issuance of investor’s guides (Japanese and English versions/Annual), holding financial accounting explanation meeting, overseas IR activities, etc, and to a wider range of investors through enrichment of our home page “IR Site”.

Compliance
Corporate Code of Ethics
In realizing business promotion based on the corporate philosophy “creation of new values”, Leopalace 21 established “Corporate Code of Ethics”, and the President and CEO ensures thorough understanding of the spirit among all executive officers and employees, positioning legal compliance and compliance with social ethics as the origin of corporate activities.
Compliance Hotline
We have established a “Compliance Hotline” to receive reports and consultations from employees for both internal ( Legal Department) and external (Lawyer’s office) matters in case law violation or injustice has been found.
The Compliance Hotline protects the communicators in accordance with the Law to Protect Communicator of Public Interest and the company’s Internal Reporting Regulations, trying to improve area of problem by conducting appropriate correspondence based on results of research.
Compliance Manual Card
In order to ensure that all executive officers and employees understand the constitution and conduct business accordingly, a compliance manual that states the action standards according to the “Corporate Code of Ethics” is distributed. In addition, all executive officers and employees carry cards which describe the Corporate Code of Ethics and Compliance Hotline.
Educational Training
In order to promote compliance, the understanding and mindset of each executive officer and employee needs to be focused toward compliance. Leopalace 21 makes effort to further enhance compliance and ethical thinking by way of implementing group educational training by internal and external lecturers as well as on-demand training through e-learning. Furthermore, we encourage the compliance consciousness of all our employees by publishing “Compliance Newsletter,” a PR magazine published quarterly to introduce cases and themes regarding compliance to enhance all our employees' understanding.

Survey on Compliance Consciousness (Monitoring)
Starting from 2008, we have been conducting a survey on compliance consciousness (questionnaire method on our web) of all employees to verify and analyze the degree of understanding and effect of various measures to extract issues for the future, thus reflecting the results to our educational training as well as various measures.
Response to Anti-social Forces
Leopalace 21 clearly states in its Code of Corporate Ethics to “eliminate anti-social forces,” and is determined to cope with such forces with resolution, having no relations with any anti-social forces or organs which give menace to order or the safety of society.
