1973 Aug. Started business as Miyama Inc., a real estate brokerage
1976 Aug. Increased capital to 12 million yen
1978 Mar. Increased capital to 40 million yen

1985 Apr. Increased capital to 132 million yen
Introduced Leopalace21 urban-style, one-room rental apartment buildings
1986 Mar. Increased capital to 452 million yen
1987 Mar. Increased capital to 760 million yen
Apr. Changed leasing center's name to "Leopalace Center"
Sep. Capital increased to 2.74 billion yen
1988 Jan. Introduced a unique membership-based rental system for our tenants
Established Miyama Guam, Inc. (current name: MDI Guam Corporation)
1989 Feb. Increased capital to 4.42 billion yen
